As an Educator at The Academy of Nail Careers and an active Nail Technician, I bring a wealth of knowledge about acrylics and the science behind them. This training is designed not just to enhance your skills but to help you master every nuance of the craft. Before We Begin: We’ll start by discussing your goals and aspirations for the session. Understanding your specific needs allows me to customize the training experience just for you! During Our Session: I’ll take a closer look at your products, brushes, and monomer. Since every brand offers unique characteristics, it’s crucial to understand how they work, in order to achieve the best results. Understanding your toolkit is essential for helping you achieve mastery. To gauge your current skill level, I’ll observe you as you perform an acrylic service on two fingers. This hands-on approach allows me to gain insight into your strengths, areas for improvement, and any adjustments that may enhance your technique. Many Nail Technicians are surprised to find that they can improve in the areas they feel most confident in. Together, we’ll work on training your eye to spot imperfections and achieve flawless symmetry—essential skills for mastering your craft. After our observation, I’ll provide tailored feedback and guide you through targeted training based on my assessment.
